  I asked for ketchup and they were so rude and they said we don’t do ketchup here if I knew I would order kfc at least I know they do ketchup especially for kids

  I was served by a man named Ethan, who was very helpful even as calls were coming in about more orders he made sure to not leave me waiting too long and was able to manage the situation very efficiently. food was quite nice and served fresh. Hope to get that same team when I go next

  Delivery driver was excellent. 5 star. Thank you so much. The pizza was terrible. I rang them up and the manager was unsympathetic and unable to come to a solution (a refund) that would adequately resolve my dissatisfaction. I think he might be a bit tired of receiving negative feedback. Who knows.

  Ordered a delivery, called after a two hour wait to be told it was delivered, when I reiterated that it wasn’t he said it was sitting in their kitchen cold? When asked for a refund I got hung up on 👍🏼

  I ordered through the Domino’s app on 2nd January from the Ore Village, Hastings store and selected a specific delivery time slot. The food was delivered early, so I contacted the store. The driver took the food back, it was kept on a heat rack, and then re-delivered at the agreed time. When it arrived, it was cold and clearly not freshly prepared. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be served food that has been sitting around after being returned. The order was meant as a one-off treat for my grandchildren during a very difficult time for our family. I was offered a voucher, which I declined, and requested a refund instead. Since then, I have received no response. Poor service, poor food quality, and poor customer care.
